Added voices to balls when talking

TECHNICAL CHANGES
Added slight random bounce to balls
This is so balls don't get stuck jumping perfectly vertically
This used to be in the game already but it was tied to THE VOIDs gravity increase, so when I removed that I also accidentally removed the random bounce
Destroy all balls button now forces an end check
This means destroying all balls should always end the drop even when softlocked
Fixed gravity influencing pegs
Previously some pegs made use of a built in gravity area to move balls around, but because balls are reused when destroyed sometimes they still think they are inside of that area, causing the annoying bug of balls floating upwards or moving to the sides. Now these gravity effects are done manually
The reason why it took so long to fix this is because I really wanted to use gravity areas instead of my own gravity code as gravity areas are more consistent and physics accurate. I finally folded because I'm not smart / patient enough to wrestle with the physics engine to find a fix
This fixes balls randomly floating or moving to the side

Improved sub-worlds
Previously every sub-world was stored on the peg it belongs to and had to be removed then added to a window when you want to view that world. This causes a bunch of scene tree updates and interrupts physics. Now worlds are stored directly under windows meaning there's no performance impact when opening a window or grabbing a peg with deep nested sub worlds
Additionally, nested worlds will no longer update visually unless being actively viewed through a window, increasing performance of deeply nested worlds
Finally, subworlds now play sounds correctly
This fixes balls losing all of their speed when opening a window they belong to

Small balls could phase through certain things with enough speed, hopefully that happens less now.
