Update 1.23 - Special bonus for everyone: Leprosy
Good news, everyone can have leprosy for free - even if they don’t have the new Aliens & Antivaxxers DLC. To experience it first hand, just update the game and it will be there waiting for you!

Will A&A ever be given away for free?
Some of you may have got our first DLC Plague Inc: The Cure for free. That is because we gave it away for free during the COVID pandemic as we didn’t want to profit from a serious health situation.
If an alien invasion* happens - Ndemic will adopt the same approach and give A&A away for free for the duration of the invasion.
* Invasion is defined as an alien entity commencing a military offensive intended to establish control over any portion of Planet Earth…
