changedFirst of all we just want to say we're sorry about the lack of activity we've had these past few months. While we had clear plans of updating the game, as you saw in the last announcement, these plans were quickly cut down by the pandemic. Due to a country lockdown, restrictions, personal events, and having no access to a VR headset or our workplace, it really destroyed our motivation to work in those months.
addedHere's a summary of things that have been added:
changedA shop system, where you can earn coins to buy items
addedThree new themes you can buy, Invasion, Winter and Spring. Once bought, each theme is available for both the singleplayer and co-op mode. You buy them with ingame money. Each theme has its own unique OST to accompany it.
addedThree new customer packs you can buy, aliens, elves and animal people.
changedSettings menu for options such as Master Volume, Graphics Level, Music Volume, and SFX Volume.

First of all we just want to say we're sorry about the lack of activity we've had these past few months. Due to a country lockdown, restrictions, personal events, and having no access to a VR headset or our workplace, it really destroyed our motivation to work in those months.

However, we were lucky enough to live in a country where the virus was properly managed, and two weeks ago the lockdown was lifted. As soon as it ended, we worked hard to follow through with the update we talked about months ago, and now, two weeks later we are ready to release it!

Here's a summary of things that have been added:

  • A shop system, where you can earn coins to buy items

  • Three new themes you can buy, Invasion, Winter and Spring. Once bought, each theme is available for both the singleplayer and co-op mode. You buy them with ingame money. Each theme has its own unique OST to accompany it.

  • Three new customer packs you can buy, aliens, elves and animal people.

  • Settings menu for options such as Master Volume, Graphics Level, Music Volume, and SFX Volume.

  • Quality of life improvements, such as a ingame star meter so you can see how many stars you will earn before the end of level. We noticed a lot of people writing about how they didn't understand how to earn stars, so we thought this was a must have feature.

  • New achievements for buying each item.

  • A new gates system, where you have to earn a certain number of stars in one gate before you can go to the next. This is to add more challenge to the game, so that you can't just speed through the game with one star on each level.

  • New icons for the arcade machine GUI.

This is definitely not the end of what we are planning, we just thought this was a good point to release what we have done so far. Next week and beyond we plan on doing the following:

  • More levels

  • Mouse sensitivity option for the waiter

  • Remote play

  • Fixing the infinite mode leaderboard

Also, for those who have an Oculus, we will be making an official port to the Oculus Store once our headset arrives, which is apparently due on the 20th.

Anyway, thanks for reading, we hope everyone is doing well as the virus really can affect you, even if indirectly. We plan on working hard to bring out more updates, stay tuned. And of course, if you have any suggestions on what you would like added, please make sure to comment down below!

Kind Regards, Plectrum Software
