Changed Death's Boon to a single tier purchase that prevents death from appearing, but reduces bonus chance by 20%. - The Book of Death can no longer be purchased if Death's Boon is active.

This will assign pad 1 to player 2, pad 2 to player 3, ect. - Added a very brief period of enemy projectile invincibility after a player is damaged by them, this is to prevent unexpected stack damage.
