An Important Update on PixARK Official Servers

Dear Explorers,

Thank you for continuing to build, tame, and explore with us.

For some time, we have been following your feedback about the official server experience. Many of you have asked for smoother, more stable servers—and for worlds that feel more alive, with more fellow Explorers to meet, build alongside, and adventure with.

After careful review and long-term planning, we will be updating PixARK’s official server environment this August. As part of this transition, we will open a new group of official servers and enable server transfers.

Our goal is to bring more players together in a livelier, more active server environment while creating a stronger foundation for Terracrypt and the updates still to come.

We know this is a significant change, especially for Explorers who have spent a long time building their current worlds. Below, you will find the full schedule and the information currently available.

1. New Official Servers and Server Transfers Open August 4

The new servers and server transfer feature will open at the following time:

UTC: Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 2:00 AM PDT: Monday, August 3, 2026 at 7:00 PM EDT: Monday, August 3, 2026 at 10:00 PM China Standard Time: Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM

PixARK’s persistent sandbox works differently from many other online worlds. Every block placed and every structure built remains part of the server, preserving the world that players have shaped together over time.

That persistence is an important part of PixARK, but it also affects how official servers must be maintained. To support stable long-term operation—and give Explorers a shared world that can continue to grow—we have reviewed and updated the way the official server network is organized.

We will begin by opening 14 new PVE official servers. Players on both current official PvE and PvP servers will be able to use the server transfer feature to move their characters and game progress to one of the new servers and continue their adventures there.

Additional servers will be brought online gradually after Terracrypt launches.

2. A New-Server Welcome Begins August 11

To help everyone settle into the new servers, we are preparing a series of special new-server events.

The first events are currently planned to begin on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, featuring the exclusive Celestial Palace building skin and a generous selection of resource rewards.

3. Official Server Transition Completes August 24

Once the new servers are fully operational, the transition will enter its final stage.

At the following time, all current official servers other than the new servers listed above will be taken offline:

To make sure your character and game progress carry over successfully, please complete your transfer well before the deadline. Give yourself enough time to prepare, and avoid leaving the process until the final days.

We understand that moving on from a familiar server is not easy. We hope the transfer window gives everyone time to plan ahead, coordinate with friends and tribe members, and begin the next chapter at their own pace.

4. Server Save Downloads Available August 25

To help preserve the worlds and accomplishments you have built, save files from the servers being closed will be made available for download beginning Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

You will be able to use the corresponding save file in a local single-player game or to host your own private server, allowing you to continue exploring the PixARK world you created.

A separate guide covering the server transfer process, applicable rules, and detailed instructions will be published in a future announcement. Please keep an eye on our official channels for further information.

Every new journey begins with a new sense of possibility.

With Terracrypt drawing closer, PixARK is also preparing a new home for its official server community. We hope these changes will provide a smoother, more stable experience as we set out on the next adventure beneath the surface.
