Pirate Pillage and Plunder changes
Ahoy!
Just a minor patch here to fix some issues with the starting event showing up more often then anticipated (also it had some weird artwork I'm not sure what that was about)
Visual Updates
Added a small marker on occupied spawn tiles to tell they are protected
Updated the Trench overmap artwork
Updated enemy base for Pirate class
Enemy health UI adjusted for consistency
Bugfixes
Starting event should now occure at the start of every game
Starting event no longer replaces rest stops
Starting event can no longer occure at other event locations
Starting event no longer replaces every tutorial event
If you reach a bottleneck event at the same time as a boon selection, you no longer miss out on the bottleneck
Adjusted some card descriptions to better match the effect
Gameplay Changes
Fixed an issue with card reward quality not increasing with map (BETTER REWARDS)
Added a chance for any card reward to be upgraded (5% W1 normal, 10% W1 elite, 7% W2 normal, 17% W2 elite)
Added a chance for W2 maps to not roll the Beach at all (More trench and coral yipee!)
