This was due to incorrect json parsing of numbers when loading the menu position resulting in a number like 10.0000000001 ending up as 100000000001 and so pushing the menu extremely far off screen.

Before this update the manual fix was to open the file %LOCALAPPDATA%Low\Crafty Pickle Games Limited\Pigeon Hunter\savegame.json and set scrollViewYPosition at the bottom to 0.
