The rules

  • Create a puzzle on the theme "Cold Snap"

  • The puzzle has to be a black & white nonogram and be 15x15 sized!

  • The puzzle has to be validated and published to the Steam Workshop

  • Do not create inappropriate puzzles, or ones based on existing IP owned by litigious corporations

  • You can submit as many puzzles as you like

Theme

"Cold snap"? So, just...winter themed puzzles? Not necessarily! Any creative interpretation is allowed! A rude finger-click at a waiter, or an emotionally distant pea? But also, sure, winter themed puzzles are also good!

NOTE: The "theme" selection from within the puzzle creator is not relevant to this competition.

Judgement

Oh, you will be judged! By the Piczle creator themselves! Here are some of the things Judgy McJudgerson will be looking for:

  • Creative interpretation of the theme

  • How pleasing the final image of the solved puzzle is

  • Regardless of difficulty, is the puzzle fun to play?

Because this isn't an art competition a coloured final solution image doesn't have to be included (but personal preferences tend to lean that way)

The prize

How to enter

Once you've created, validated and published a puzzle to the Steam Workshop, select the Creator Competition button from the main menu. A selection of eligible puzzles will be shown for you to select. Once you've clicked on the one(s) you want to enter...that's it!
