  • Added additional logging to attempt to resolve an issue where the base cannot be moved on the overworld

  • Added a link to the bug reporter and to Discord in the pause menu

  • Changed the recruitment cost of veteran pilots

    • Veteran pilots now cost fewer unit cores, but also require uncommon and rare components in addition to basic components

  • Changed patrol speed

    • Many players were having trouble avoiding them - we've reduced their speed for the time being until a more comprehensive fix can be made

βš’οΈ Bugfixes

  • Fixed a crash on startup due to audio device logging

  • Fixed a regression with the previous hotfix - rewards, enemy squad makeup and loadouts, etc were not being saved correctly, leading to differing results when loading a pre-combat save

  • Tentatively fixed an issue where the mobile base would move extremely slowly due to misbehaving low framerate compensation (compensation kicked in and slowed down time at high framerates instead)

  • Fixed the softlock that could occur during pilot recruitment tutorial if the player had previously spent resources elsewhere, when those resources were reserved for the tutorial

  • Fixed an issue that prevented unlocked backpacks from being listed in the workshop

  • Fixed patrol spawn chance during the Contest phase of province liberation - was accidentally set to 0%, is now set to 25%

  • Fixed a premature deletion of the battlesite when retreating from an Incursion mission causing multiple issues with player resources and squads

  • Fixed several typos in English

πŸ’‘ Known Issues

  • The game crashes on Intel Arc GPUs due to DX11 support limitations

    • For now we recommend installing and using DXVK as a workaround

  • Discord overlay may not be compatible with the game and may prevent keyboard inputs from being registered

  • Combat prediction holograms can stop working, failing to show bullets, current facing direction, and other important combat actions

    • If you run into this, relaunch the game. We are actively working to reproduce and resolve this, so please look forward to a future hotfix.

  • Some pilot traits may not work as intended (Nimble Giant and Frost Giant)

  • Salvage screen has a UI overlap when comparing items

  • Backpacks cannot change liveries

  • Bosses or base defenses may have overlapping UI icons if multiple boss fights are completed in the same game session
