changedPhaigeX: Confiners (Fleet Assault update)Happy holidays everyone! We got another juicy update wrapping up the Fleet Assault type mission. Its still a bit wonky but it can be completed now. XD It's been a slog getting to a playable and fun state, but I think the core flying/shooting mechanics is good now. (I think? feedback is still much appreciated) Either way I think its time that I start with the other gameplay scenes so it start feeling a legit game and not just a glorified battle simulator. Anyway enough of me rambling and here are the update notes.
addedCONFINERS DEMO UPDATE:Fleet Assault Update: Main focus for this update, the Fleet Assault Mission type can now be completed. Apart from a new final objective, the Albatross is now able to launch corvettes to help you protect the fleet. (Yes I got the inspiration from Battlestar Galactica launching vipers XD) Steam post image
changedCONFINERS DEMO UPDATE:Emergency Failsafe Bubble: I have been getting feedback on how its way too easy to get shot down easily. The Emergency Bubble protects the ship from all damage within the duration, hopefully this should make it more manageable for newer players.
changedCONFINERS DEMO UPDATE:Evasion Dash button is now remapped to spacebar button from direction double taps.

Remapped Buttons:

Enemy missiles following the player can now be redirected to enemy ships and enemy missiles.
Improve ship engine flares and added ship glows to improve player visibility on large battles.
