Hello Pilgrims,

Today we’d like to share the roadmap for our upcoming updates. We’re currently focusing our efforts on the most requested features based on your feedback. Two major patches are planned:

THE COMMUNITY UPDATE (Mid–Late April)

Controller Support

We’ve heard you. Implementing this has been a challenging task due to the amount of UI in Peregrino, but the next update will include the first version of controller support. This should also work on Steam Deck.

Keybinding Support

As mentioned in the past, this is a complex feature to implement properly, and we want to make sure it meets expectations. Our goal is to give you full control over how the game feels to play.

New Faith System Mechanic

The next update will introduce a new gameplay mechanic aimed at improving Faith management for players who are struggling with it. We’ll share more details when it launches, but we can say it’s burning hot 😉

Survival Difficulty Settings

We’re adding fully customizable options for survival mechanics, allowing you to tailor the experience to your liking, whether you want it easier or more challenging.

THE TRAVELER’S UPDATE (Early June)

Steam Deck Verified

We’re working toward making Peregrino fully playable on Steam Deck, including performance, UI, and controls.

In addition to these updates, you can expect ongoing bug fixes, balance adjustments, and general improvements.

With these changes, our goal is to preserve the core challenge and atmosphere of Peregrino while improving accessibility and giving players more control over their experience.

We understand these timelines may feel longer than expected, but we’re doing everything we can to deliver these updates as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and support.

See you in the forest. – The Inverge Team
