Paper Towel Royale changes
Rocket Launcher
Polish:
Slomo effect w/ low pass filter
Improved bullet casing effect
Much improved muzzle flash effect
Improved fog visuals
Improved sniper sprite
Improved bullet trails and graphics
Added AOE graphic for explosions
Balance:
Increased odds of spinning rarer cosmetics & made duplicates harder to come by
Lengthened sniper's barrel size
Added a ceiling to levels
Made the lightning strike take half a second longer to strike
Reduced number of basketballs, increased their health, gave them blinking animations when loose, they now respawn instantly
Added rotating borders to basketball goal
Made autobalance work for round-based modes
Added aim indicator for KBM
Made kill streaks and special charge carry over between rounds in round-based modes
Autobalance will only ever give shields to the losing team
Nerfed hammer special and made it more intuitive to use
Item spawner times are now adjusted in round-based modes
Cosmetics:
Added cool eyes
Added 7 hats: poop, bird, pirate, snail, ring, propeller, bling hats.
Clarity:
Ensure that the hurt particles are behind the players and perhaps modify them
Make teammates collide so you don’t lose yourself as easily
I now show the nametag big above player on game intro and on respawn
Fixes:
Fixed where there were too many death/hurt particles
Fixed where the round summary background wasn't resizing to fit
Fixed going back on the teamchooser making you go back to the beginning
Capped the ammo UI spawn amount (broke when using the x999 multiplier)
Fixed lightning not spawning in the storm
Fixed where basketball overtime was infinite
