PANICORE Fans!
Today’s the day! Release Version 1.1 is here, bringing you the Abandoned Submarine Map and so much more, thanks to your feedback! We’ve listened to as many of your suggestions as possible, and we’re confident that version 1.1 offers a smoother and more refined experience compared to 1.0.10.
Many players faced technical issues that prevented them from fully enjoying the game—most of these errors should now be fully GONE!
The Abandoned Submarine is similar in size to the School map but brings fresh gameplay elements and challenges. You might need a new strategy to navigate it—it's up to you to figure that out!
All that being said, let's say the next planned map will be the exact opposite in size! However, we can't make any estimations for the release of another map yet, since it takes a while to get things working :)

Full Patch Notes
Panicore Release Version 1.1 (from October 25th 2024)
Additions:
Added Voice Chat settings making you hear your own voice so you can set up things more precisely
Added PAINCORE+ difficulty for more pain
Added automatic calibration possibility to avoid your microphone picking up too much noise
Added a new map with new gameplay elements
Added a PARTY mode to lobby (since so many of you love the lobby)
Added total player count to server browser
Added a short tutorial map to get familiar with controls
Added new song "Kick" to Lobby
Added new song "Dance" to Lobby
Added player count to lobby search
Added joining via invitation code
Added the possibility to add players in the lobby as friends
Added Rejoin button into main menu in case you disconnect
Added a few new Steam achievements
Added ping & FPS info to inventory screen on top left (pressing TAB key)
Added ingame Patch Notes
Added changing difficulty to map selection in escape pause menu
Removals:
Removed Discord RPC for now, suspected of causing crashes and invitations didn't work - implemented mentioned invitation codes instead
Changes:
Voice Chat and its settings have been fully reworked, in our tests people having problems with voice chat had functional ones in this version
Files have a slight glow now to make them more visible
Dancing has footstep sounds now (sounds funny ngl)
Changed Monster hitboxes for bricks to be more precise
Input device can now be changed during runtime
On PAINCORE and PAINCORE+ difficulty, hospital monster's lights are off now
Adding fuel to escape routes has a sound effect now
Dropped items have sounds now
Microphone selection also affects AI Voice recognition if proximity voice chat is in use
AI Voice recognition bar visuals are more accurate to how the AI perceives your voice now
Higher speeds on PAINCORE / PAINCORE+ difficulty for Asylum Lady
Asylum Lady screams less often now
On losing the game the Host can now decide to restart before going into the Lobby
Instead of kicking players, the system has been changed to banning (the list of banned players is kept as long as the game is running)
On being disconnected you will now see the disconnection reason (kick, connection lost, timeouted etc.)
Multiple Chat messages are displayed now
Changed the visual element for loudness
Changed the HUD of the lobby a bit
Changed the UI of "What's in my inventory" screen a bit
Changed ambience sounds
Bugfixes:
Fixed a bug where the a CPU bottleneck caused low framerates in Hospital map
Fixed a bug where leaving the game caused the last item in your hand float
Fixed a bug where a match would end early when dead players left the game
Fixed a bug where the keypad for code door in the Hospital (Door 25) has been spawned in the door's collision box, making interactions with it impossible
Fixed a bug where fuse boxes and keypads could spawn on the wrong side of the door, potentially breaking the game
Fixed a bug where the AI in random entity mode did not behave correctly (Asylum lady couldn't go through doors, Hospital Monster got stuck in school etc.)
Fixed a bug where the AI couldn't get you in the Hospital's elevator
Fixed a bug where the glass item wouldn't distract the AI
Fixed a bug where keypad numbers were inverted sometimes
Fixed a bug where the welding kit in Asylum couldn't be used for multiple keycards
Fixed a bug where the first time startup FPS limit was not set right, could be unlocked without the player knowing it
Fixed a bug where glass items would spam visual FX on drops
Fixed a bug where inspecting documents had a font that is incompatible with some languages
Fixed a bug where the wrong monster was shown as a jumpscare when getting killed
Fixed a bug where the Asylum bad ending didn't have sound
Fixed a bug where random entities got stuck in School map's car
Fixed a bug in the Hospital where a rack could spawn invisible
Fixed a bug in the Hospital where you could fall through parts of the helipad
Fixed a bug in the Hospital where dropped items in the rear part of the helicopter couldn't be picked up anymore
Fixed a few invincibility spots on all maps
Fixed DLSS and FSR behavior to reduce number of "Fatal Error" crashes
Fixed "LowLevelFatalError: cuvidGetDecoderCaps [NVDEC]" crash
Fixed a spot with a hole in the ground in Hospital
Fixed a few spots in the Asylum where the Asylum lady could get stuck
Potential fix for Voice Volumes not being saved over levels
Potential fix for "Fatal Error" being caused by audio settings
Potential fix for Asylum elevator pushing players down
Potential fix for items disappearing after being dropped
Potential fix for voice chat not working for some people
Potential fix for a bug where the Asylum lady could be stuck in downed players
Potential fix for a bug where the Asylum lady chilled with players in the elevator

Upgraded to Unreal Engine version 5.4
FSR version upgrade to FSR3.1
DLSS Frame Generation has been included
Took steps to stop hackers from invading lobbies
The game makes automatic save backups of your level, XP and money now, can be found in the game's AppData folder
Much better Korean language translations
