This is it. The Next Fest is right around the corner and the demo of Pale Night is finally available on Steam for free! And with it, the first major update, adding storyline elements, dialogues, cutscenes, character controller quality of life, French translation and more!

Add storyline cutscenes (wake up scene, Pook escape, forest cutscene, boss defeated cutscene)
Add a flexible dialogue system with custom tags to pace the typewrite effect, special text effects, dialogue sounds
Add localization system
Add French language translation
UI: Fit selection arrows to the text (helps with localization)
Made the "elevator" level easier (more time to jump onboard)
