[Patch v1.9.1] Fixes and QOL to Accessibility Console

Here are some fixes and quality of life improvements as per the feedback from the community:

• Fixed callout 'Loading Cancelled' on saves file loading.

• The 'mute' command toggles music on and off without messing with the music volume.

• Added command 'u' for repeating player and game updates.

• Added command 'glossary' to access the list of game terms and vocabulary.

• Added command 'codex' to access the list of cards, followers and blessings.

• Added command 'guide' for a list of in-game guides (how to use various console modes and high level game tips).

• Fixed card 'Prowess' and other effect spawners not working with the console.

• Fixed Benedictions requiring mana selection not working with the console.

• Exiting tutorial now asks for confirmation.

Thanks to the folks at AudioGames.net for playtesting the accessibility console and providing a lot of feedback.

Updated the Demo version with the same fixes.
