addedIt’s been an incredible journey since launching into Early Access, and I’ve been hard at work processing your feedback. Today, I’m excited to drop the first major content update for PACK. I’m expanding the ruins with new locations and giving you a much-needed tool upgrade to handle the heavier junk.
addedNew Locations: Junction Refuge & Frost ResidenceIt’s time to recalibrate your sensors and head out to two brand-new environments. Whether you’re scrubbing down the tunnels of Junction Refuge or swabbing the deck at the Frost Residence, there are plenty of fresh stains and hidden secrets (keep an eye out for a new easter egg!) waiting for you.
addedIntroducing: The Power WasherI heard the feedback—some junk is just too big for the vacuum. I’ve added a Secondary Fire to the washer. This high-pressure blast is designed to deconstruct larger physics objects and newly added static structures into bite-sized scrap. If you can’t suck it up, blast it down!
changedIntroducing: The Power WasherSome of the existing levels have been updated to include some static structures that are now required for cleaning progression.
changedSave System & UI RefinementI’ve been hunting down bugs in the save system to ensure your progress—and your meticulously crafted trash cubes—stay exactly where they belong. I’ve also updated the HUD to make tool inputs more intuitive, especially when your hands are full.
changedSave System & UI RefinementThe HUD now shows the input keys on the lower right for primary and secondary fire. The secondary fire button will only appear when applicable such as when holding an object.

Howdy Folks!

It’s been an incredible journey since launching into Early Access, and I’ve been hard at work processing your feedback. Today, I’m excited to drop the first major content update for PACK. I’m expanding the ruins with new locations and giving you a much-needed tool upgrade to handle the heavier junk.

New Locations: Junction Refuge & Frost Residence

It’s time to recalibrate your sensors and head out to two brand-new environments. Whether you’re scrubbing down the tunnels of Junction Refuge or swabbing the deck at the Frost Residence, there are plenty of fresh stains and hidden secrets (keep an eye out for a new easter egg!) waiting for you.

Introducing: The Power Washer

I heard the feedback—some junk is just too big for the vacuum. I’ve added a Secondary Fire to the washer. This high-pressure blast is designed to deconstruct larger physics objects and newly added static structures into bite-sized scrap. If you can’t suck it up, blast it down!

Some of the existing levels have been updated to include some static structures that are now required for cleaning progression.

Save System & UI Refinement

I’ve been hunting down bugs in the save system to ensure your progress—and your meticulously crafted trash cubes—stay exactly where they belong. I’ve also updated the HUD to make tool inputs more intuitive, especially when your hands are full.

The HUD now shows the input keys on the lower right for primary and secondary fire. The secondary fire button will only appear when applicable such as when holding an object.

Future Development

As a solo developer, visibility and marketing remain significant challenges. While I am incredibly grateful for the positive reception PACK has received, current revenue isn't yet sustainable. To ensure the project's long-term future, I’m shifting some of my focus toward part-time work to cover living expenses.

PACK development is absolutely continuing, though there will be some adjustments to my release timeline. I’ll be sharing an updated roadmap soon—stay tuned!
