Now that this has been addressed, the result should be be consistent memory usage over time, meaning any stutters associated with this bug are now eliminated!

Please feel free to comment if you have any performance concerns about the game! Footage I've reviewed has shown stutters in some levels when water spawns, or when the camera moves quickly between sequenced puzzles, for example.
