The Order of Kings Season 3 "Contention of Schools" will officially launch on August 15, 2026, and the Season Settlement preview is now live! This season not only introduces a brand-new map, unit types, and Schools content, but also brings the more realistic "Weather and Environment" system!
New Scenario - Luoyi, the Final Battlefield for Four Factions
In the "Contention of Schools" season, the map is composed of four starting provinces, two resource provinces, and the central Heluo. The starting provinces are controlled by the four major Factions: West Qin, Jingchu, Qilu, and Yanzhao. Within the same Faction, different Alliances are considered friendly by default. Players cannot gain Merit or experience from battles against friendly Alliances, and lords can apply to relocate their cities within the territory of friendly Alliances.
Lords will join forces with their Faction allies to invade the resource provinces, sweep through all enemies ahead, lock on Heluo, and jump into the decisive battle for Luoyi!

New Content - Contention of Schools, Hundred Troops
In Season 3, if lords meet certain conditions as gameplay progresses, they will be able to choose different School effects to boost their development and combat ability. At the same time, six new unit types inspired by the elite troops of the Ancient China Warring States period will arrive. The renowned Qin Elite Warriors, Border Cavalry, Wei Martial Elite, Jisha Crossbowmen, Skilled Warriors, and Shenxi Division are all awaiting your command!

New Mechanic - Changing Weather, Shifting Terrain
In the "Contention of Schools" season, the "Environment and Weather" system will be added to the game. Wind, rain, thunder, heat, cold, and famine—these are the workings of nature and also crucial opportunities for the war. The map will feature Rainy, Foggy, Windy, Snowy, Sandstorm, Thunderstorm, and other weather, as well as the special environment "Famine." On Rainy days, plains may become puddles; on Snowy days, rivers may freeze over. Every time a lord acts as a Mastermind, they must confront the harsh trials of nature!

New Commanders - Famous Ministers and Warriors, Mastering Governance and Troops
Ying Zheng, Liu Xiu, Su Qin, Li Mu, and Yang Yuhuan enter the battlefield with powerful Skills. New Skills—[Silent Whistle Arrow], [Calm and Steady], [Flee in Mist], [Breakthrough Stronghold], and [Lone Fighter]—are joining the game, offering countless team combinations and further elevating strategic gameplay!
