fixedFixes and balance changes: * Slightly reduced the chances of getting level -3, -2, +2, +3 from the chief designer level when creating a new chassis * Fixed a bug where in some cases the AI did not repair the engine when the balance was negative, even if the engine was free * The cost of maintaining buildings has been reduced by almost three times. The incorrect value of the cost led to the gradual bankruptcy of the Kinowaki team, which has the maximum level of buildings. * Fixed a bug where the sale of shares could lead to a decrease in the salary limit for drivers and staff * On the sponsor search screen you can now add a sponsorship sticker by clicking on the letter in the right panel
