Once Upon The Universe changes
Planetary construction menu now shows technology-locked building options with a muted overlay instead of hiding them completely.
Improved autonomous planet construction logic: civilizations now avoid expanding planets with under-employed buildings and require safer energy coverage before starting non-power buildings.
Updated technology progression: Interplanetary Colonization and Orbital Defense Theory now require Fusion Theory before they can be researched.
Improved civilization technology tree readability with focused dependency highlighting, hidden cross-branch links by default, and a dedicated technology details panel.
Improved civilization General tab structure by splitting civilization overview data into separate readable fields across two columns.
Added planet visuals to the civilization planets list, with clickable planet icons that navigate directly to the selected world.
Improved civilization planet list readability by color-coding planetary energy output and net energy balance.
Added Creator building replacement actions: players can now Inspire or Demand a civilization to replace an existing planetary building.
Mining Industries are now treated as critical planetary infrastructure and no longer become disabled during industrial maintenance overloads.
Happiness now affects natural population growth: planets above 50% Happiness receive a proportional growth bonus up to +40%, while planets below 50% receive a proportional penalty down to -10%.
Buildings now remain operational during upgrades, continuing to work and produce until the upgrade completes.
