Once Upon a Rogue's Tale changes

Dear Fairytale fans, it's been a minute since our last update post, but don't let that fool you. We have been working overtime on the new update that we are proud to present to you!
The Visual Overhaul Update is now live and shows Once Upon a Rogue's Tale in a whole new light. All UI elements have been completely reworked: Cards, buttons, backgrounds, intentions, and just about everything else in the game has been visually upgraded.

Added window mode in settings menu
Support for different aspect monitors
New enemy: Herb Gentleman with Hazelnut
New status effects: Rulebreaker, Acceleration, Rooted, Limping and Magic Fist
Draw and discard piles are clickable for an overview window
New dice button which only selects unused dice for the player
Event Rewards and Punishments can now include status effect for the next battle
Allowing players to re-open shops and rest sites before selecting the next map node
New music track for the city
Some new special effect animations for abilities
Changes
Complete rework of visuals in main menu, battle scene and menus
Attacks of characters can only be used a limited number of times during a turn
Event battles now only trigger when clicking the book button after text is finished (thanks to all streamers that send in feedback <3)
Handcard inventory now can be shown during battle and event rewards
Number of cards in hand are now limited to 10 and everything drawn after will be discarded
Basic hover over enemies now shows the target arrows
More enemy set variety going from battle to battle
Brave tailor now joins you in his event fight
Randomization of event books buyable in Jeffini’s shop (yes, that’s her official name)
Right click info panel overview for characters
Buying or unlocking characters now shows the complete info panel for characters
Changed some of the map layouts
Healing in rest sites now heals 15 instead of 10
Snow white event is now a character event
One of the Musician event outcomes now gives players a buff for the next battle instead of a die
Random ally and random opponent effects on cards and abilities now trigger without the need to select a target
Balanced all Brave tailor abilities and costs
Reworked Hansel and Gretel skills and added new abilities to their repertoire
Reworked companions to be more useful and to include some of the new status effects
Companions are now part of other classes like hunter, royalty and so on
Energy now adds a dice overload when you got more energy than physical dice in scene (12)
Nearly all handcards received a buff to be more useful in battle
Stored energy effects are replaced with energy status effects
Status effects now stop at a max value of 99
A lot of small balance changes to enemies, characters, and handcards
Bug Fixes
Fixed major bug that prevented playing handcards sometimes
Fixed major bug that broke the game after an enemy is defeated in the passive state of battle
Fixed handcards not playable when drawing new cards mid battle
Fixed tutorial not starting new game after finishing boar
Fixed goat hover still active when clicking goat in shop
Fixed active passive of previous attempt stays for next run if not new passive selected
Fixed wish lamp showing up in battle
Fixed error message showing behind button text box
Fixed rewards could be skipped
