So, this is awkward: we've just patched the On Your Tail Artbook. Is it possible? Yes. Is it weird? Oh yes.
Basically, some dates were plain wrong in the initial release of the artbook, making it impossible for the players to deduce a correct timeline. Ages of some characters were wrong too.
And now it's fixed! Everything makes sense now!
