fixed🏁 500 Wishlists, Thank You Riders! We just blasted past 500 wishlists on DüRT: Motocross Championship , and we couldn't have done it without you. Whether you played the early build, dropped feedback, or just hit that wishlist button: thank you. It genuinely means the world to a small team. You gave us a ton of detailed feedback, and we went through every single point. Here's what's fixed:
fixed🔧 HandlingFixed the "I randomly lose control of the bike" issue. The bike no longer loses all grip on low-traction surfaces at full throttle, so slides stay recoverable.
added🎮 Graphics & PerformanceAdded a proper FPS cap. No more 2000 FPS melting your GPU for nothing. With the PSX frame cap off, the game now matches your monitor's refresh rate.
changed🤸 TricksTricks were broken: you couldn't trick while accelerating and there was an input delay. Now you just hold the trick button in the air and it fires instantly, throttle or not.
changed🤖 AI & RivalsRebalanced the whole field. The AI is now genuinely competitive and can fight for the win, but it's beatable with good riding. No more being stuck in 3rd forever.
changed🤖 AI & RivalsReworked bike-to-bike avoidance, so no more zig-zagging or rivals steering themselves off the track.

Here's what's fixed

🔧 Handling

  • Fixed the "I randomly lose control of the bike" issue. The bike no longer loses all grip on low-traction surfaces at full throttle, so slides stay recoverable.

🎮 Graphics & Performance

  • Added a proper FPS cap. No more 2000 FPS melting your GPU for nothing. With the PSX frame cap off, the game now matches your monitor's refresh rate.

🤸 Tricks

  • Tricks were broken: you couldn't trick while accelerating and there was an input delay. Now you just hold the trick button in the air and it fires instantly, throttle or not.

🤖 AI & Rivals

  • Rebalanced the whole field. The AI is now genuinely competitive and can fight for the win, but it's beatable with good riding. No more being stuck in 3rd forever.

  • Reworked bike-to-bike avoidance, so no more zig-zagging or rivals steering themselves off the track.

💥 Crashes

  • Way fewer cheap wipeouts. Crashes now only trigger above roughly 30 km/h, and bad-landing crashes only happen when you over-rotate past 35 degrees. Clean landings stay clean.

🗺️ Race Flow

  • Fixed the false "WRONG WAY" warnings while riding correctly.

  • Added a results screen ("YOU PLACED 1ST!") and a clean auto-return to the menu after the race.

  • Added a Quit Game button to the main menu.

…plus a pile of smaller fixes and polish under the hood.

🟠 The Demo Is Coming Soon

All of this is rolling into the playable demo, which drops very soon. Wishlist now so you don't miss it, and tell a friend who loves that 90s arcade MX feel. Ride on, and see you on the track. 🤘
