What changed
- Maps
- Cold outdoor weather (including night in winter months) damages your health more rapidly, as indicated by a discoloured health meter and a shivering animation. This can be offset by the heat of fire. - The command for deliberately starting fires has switched to PICK-UP + ATTACK instead of taunt (think of "striking" a match!). - You can deliberately set fire to ANY flammable object nearby instead of just the one you were aiming for - including large furniture! - Fire extinguishers and water guns can be used to extinguish furniture as well as smaller objects. - Upper body chains can be used to tug an opponent closer to you if they are too far away to grapple! Spamming it can backfire depending on how much stronger your opponent is. - Lying grapples are more likely to continue to the head or legs when holding a direction, and only ever trigger an instant hold WITHOUT a direction. - Slightly improved logic when deciding whether to shoot or swing a weapon at close range. - Skateboard impacts risk falling over. - Surviving death in hospital halves your bank balance. - You are only charged for objects you walk out with if you have enough money. - The sums other people expect you to pay are lower. - Improved AI doesn't risk following a friend if they are driving vehicle! - Crowd reactions are easier to hear during office meetings despite the apparently quiet setting. - Improved landing when jumping on scenery like the theatre stage or wrestling ring. - Slightly improved swimming physics. - New "Partner" relationship status follows you from scene to scene wherever possible (i.e. not into classes they can't attend!). You can approach anybody about partnering with you if they don't ask you.
