๐Ÿš€ Off World Racing Update v0.99.1

Version 0.99.1 is now available!

This update focuses on refining the driving experience, improving simulation gameplay, fixing important issues, and continuing our journey towards Version 1.0.

๐ŸŽฎ Steering Wheel Support

We've made significant improvements to steering wheel compatibility.

Most steering wheels should now work out of the box, making it easier than ever to jump straight into Off World Racing with your favourite setup.

๐ŸŽฎ Improved Controller Layout

Controller bindings have been refined to better match modern racing games.

Changes include improved button layouts for:

  • Handbrake

  • Nitro

  • Vehicle Lights

  • General driving controls

The result is a more intuitive experience whether you're racing with a controller or steering wheel.

โš™๏ธ Dynamic Wheel Loss System

Vehicle damage has become even more dynamic.

Now wheel damage is enabled; any wheel can now be detached during a race.

Every incident creates a different challenge.

  • Lose a front wheel and steering changes dramatically.

  • Lose a rear wheel, and traction becomes unpredictable.

  • Six- and eight-wheel vehicles may continue racing surprisingly well.

Sometimes surviving becomes just as rewarding as winning.

Adaptation is now part of the race.

๐Ÿ Expanded Simulation Mode

Simulation Mode continues to grow with additional tracks and content, including:

  • New Races

  • New Time Trials

  • New Obstacle Courses for Europa and Titan

More opportunities to experience realistic off-world driving.

โœจ Visual Improvements

This update also includes a wide range of visual polish across the game, helping improve the overall look and feel of Off World Racing.
