changedHi everyone, First of all, thanks so much to everyone who’s played Odyssey so far. It means the world to us to see people playing the game we’ve worked so hard on. Thanks, too, to everyone who has provided feedback. Many of your comments have been hugely enlightening to us and have helped us to spot aspects of the game that could be improved upon, which we wouldn’t have spotted without your help. Indeed, certain themes began to emerge within a few days of release. Mouse movement, for example, is something a lot of people picked up on - particularly vertical movement - feeling a little rough and ready. So this is something for which we’re already working on a fix. Others of you said you prefer to play this sort of game in windowed mode, which Odyssey didn’t previously support. So we’ve started work on a patch for that, too. Along with these, there are countless small issues, bugs, glitches and things that just don’t quite sit right, which you’ve identified, and for which we’re already hard at work on a solution. This is alongside the things we had already been intending to do, such as finishing and updating the soundtrack. We’ll keep you updated on progress as things go forward. Finally, we’ve been talking a lot about what happens next - about exactly how and when to transition from Early Access into a full release. This is a discussion that’s still ongoing here at The Young Socratics, but we want to ensure that the game we put out there, as a ‘V1’, is something we’re as happy with as we can be. So, keep providing your feedback, keep letting us know what you think, and we’ll keep telling you what we’re working on. Thanks again, so much! Omkar and Vivek The Young Socratics
