Happy Holidays Vikings!

We’re closing out the year with another update. Odinfall 0.6.4 is all about crowd control, status effects, and turning the battlefield into a danger zone (sometimes for you too)

Here’s what’s new 👇

New Weapons

Piece of Cactus

A higher cooldown weapon that spawns a cactus which explodes when enemies get too close (or after a short delay), firing thorns in every direction. Great for traps and area denial.

Nuclear Nails

A radioactive twist on the Bucket of Nails. More expensive, more projectiles, shorter cooldown and significantly more chaos.

Entangler

Fires a vine that grows along the ground, dealing damage over time and slowing enemies caught in it. Perfect for controlling crowds and setting up big plays.

New Weapon Mod: Radioactive

The new Radioactive Mod gives attacks a chance to apply a radioactive effect. When affected enemies die (from any source), they spawn radioactive puddles that fire projectiles.

Important note

These projectiles can hit you too. High risk, high reward.

Roadmap

Happy Holidays!

As we wrap up the year, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone playing Odinfall in Early Access.

We wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and an awesome New Year. We’ll see you in 2026 with even more chaos planned.

See you in the apocalypse,

  • The Odinfall Team

Patch Notes 0.6.4

Theme: Crowd Control or Status effects.

---- WEAPONS ----

Piece of Cactus:

Higher cooldown weapon that spawns a cactus which will explode upon sensing enemies that come near, shooting out thorns. Or it just explodes if enough time has passed.

Nuclear nails:

Like bucket of nails but with the radioactive mod attached. More expensive with some small changes to stats (more projectiles and shorter cooldown)

Entangler:

Shoots out a vine that, when hitting something, will grow on the ground. Dealing tick dmg and slowing enemies on top.

----MODS----

Radioactive:

Gives a chance to apply the radioactive effect on hit enemies. When an effected enemy dies, from any source, it will then spawn a radioactive puddle that shoots projectiles by itself. These projectiles are a double edge sword as you the player can also get hit by them.
