Odds Chronicles changes
The dice are rolling today, and you’re invited to jump in! A free playable demo for Odds Chronicles is now live on Steam, giving you your first hands-on taste of our tactical roguelite RPG.
The demo offers around two to four hours of gameplay, depending on how you play and how far you push your strategy. And if you like experimenting, there’s plenty more to discover. Replay the demo to try different abilities, test different dice combinations, and explore fresh tactical approaches.
You’ll step into the boots of Evryn, a fallen royal bodyguard who awakens in the mysterious Tavern outside of Time after a crushing defeat. From there, you return to a land shaped by memory, chance, and consequence. The demo introduces the game’s story and its grid-based, dice-driven combat, where positioning, line of sight, and smart resource management matter just as much as the roll of the dice.
After each run, you can check the Adventure Journal in the Tavern hub. It keeps track of your runs, scores, and key details, letting you compare attempts, learn from your decisions, and plan new strategies for your next journey.
The demo builds up to a challenging boss fight designed to put everything you’ve learned to the test. Dice management, positioning, ability synergies, and risk-taking all come together in a decisive encounter. Sharpen your tactics, embrace the odds, and see if you can come out on top.
With its mix of tactical combat, roguelite progression, and tabletop-inspired presentation, the demo offers a solid slice of what the full game will deliver when Odds Chronicles launches on PC in 2026.
If you enjoy your time with the demo, don’t forget to wishlist Odds Chronicles to support the game and stay up to date with future news and updates.
