Spin The Wheel now correctly slows down a little bit faster when playing 60/90 FPS.

Known bug:

There is a known bug where alt+tab might cause lag and input delays. This seems to be an issue with the GM IDE, and they reportedly will push out a fix for this on december 9th. If you have lag and can provide details on it, don't hesitate to reach out on the Discord: http://discord.gg/yPXGp2NXcj
