We are getting closer to finalizing the multiplayer mode, so here are some other enhancements/changes outside of it for the next patch, as well as some multiplayer stuff The password for the branch is xxmakeitsoxx Multiplayer & Menus
Streamlined MP Flow: Completely rebuilt the multiplayer menu flow to be simpler and more intuitive.
Persistent MP Settings: Server settings and your ship skin selection are now remembered and tied to your specific save slot.
- Ship Skin SelectionAdded a dedicated selection screen within the multiplayer menu to easily swap your ship's skin before deploying.
Multiplayer Minigame: The Smuggler's Gambit minigame is now fully playable with others in multiplayer.
- Client Targeting FixFixed a critical issue where AI enemies were failing to lock on to multiplayer clients.
Gameplay & Balance
Shielded Cargo Rework: Converted shielded cargo capacity from a raw statistical number into explicit, dedicated inventory slots.
- Module PricingReduced the purchase price of all ship modules by 35% across the board.
- Contract RequirementsAdjusted the minimum reputation required to accept contracts from 'Sus' down to 'Hostile X'.
System & Fixes
- Save Slots ExpandedIncreased the total number of available save slots from 3 to 10.
- Background FixFixed a bug where the Eclipse background was generating incorrect reputation values with Independent Pilots.
