Novice Dungeon Master changes
Hello. We've arrived with the new 0.95.0 update as 2026 begins.
This update is one of two content additions before the official release.
The two content additions are "Expedition" and "Cooking". This update features "Expedition".
※For smooth gameplay, please start a new game rather than continuing an existing save
Expedition
A new content system that allows dungeon units to embark on expeditions to regions outside the dungeon.
Based on the tutorial, it activates on day 10 / Available from day 1 on ★★ difficulty or higher.
Click the forest at the top or select Expedition on the right to activate.
Expeditions are limited to once per day.
Click empty space or activate the toggle in the upper left to highlight currently visitable regions.
Hover over visitable regions to view information.
Click a region you wish to visit to organize your expedition party.
Regions may be added or removed based on specific conditions.
Currently available regions are [Dia's Garden] [Abandoned Farm] [Dungeon of Trials] [Yoho's Cave] [Starting Village] [Bandit's Hideout] - total of 6 locations
More will be added in future updates
Select idle units and press the right arrow button or double-click units to add them to the expedition party.
Deployed units will be undeployed and can join the expedition party
Double-click expedition members or select and press the left arrow button to remove them
Strategy bonus is calculated from the total of expedition members
[Include] activates if at least one unit has the specified trait
[Exclude] activates only if no units have the specified trait
Check reward list in the lower right; conquest rate and rewards increase based on strategy bonus
After organizing at least 1 expedition unit, press the Depart button to start the expedition
Receive rewards and conquest rate after expedition based on strategy bonus
Units that participated in the expedition become Fatigued and cannot participate in combat that turn
Fatigued units recover to healthy status after one day
Units may suffer injuries instead of fatigue depending on the number of strategy conditions met
If all conditions are satisfied, injury chance is always 0
Achieving 100% conquest rate grants one-time conquest rewards
Traits
System Changes
Removed acquisition conditions for traits gained through combat, training, etc., allowing all units to learn action traits
Changed action trait notation from C,B,A,S to Roman numerals ⅠⅡⅢⅤ
Action traits must first acquire level 1, then upgrade tier by tier based on additional action count.
Only one action trait with the same name can be learned
New Traits
Noble / Lazy / Guardian / Pioneer
4th tier for some action traits
Artifacts
As artifact variety increased, we determined that mana bonuses from artifacts without any risk made the game too easy. Instead, basic mana supply can now be obtained through existing artifacts and starting bonus artifacts
Removed - +50 mana per turn for each artifact owned
Added - +50 mana per turn to starting artifact effects
