Nova Patria changes
Reduced pathfinding-related performance spikes in very large colonies.
Added additional rail vertex sprites to improve uphill and downhill transition visuals.
Added localized achievement text for supported languages.
Localized autosave and quicksave filenames to match the selected language where applicable.
Changed quit autosaves to use a single dedicated exit save instead of the rotating autosave slots.
Improved city border growth to prevent rare corner-connected-only city tiles.
Fixed text wrapping in confirmation windows for non-English languages.
Fixed Time UI sorting issues that could cause some gauge elements to appear in the wrong color.
