Improved airship handling when a destination is destroyed before arrival.
Flipped the log pile asset horizontally to better distinguish it from lumber.
Limited building information windows to 8 open at once, with the oldest windows closing automatically after that.
Increased the default UI scale for new or unmodified settings.
Fixed issues that could prevent warehouses from dispatching airships when valid deliveries were available.
Fixed an issue where alt-tabbing or clicking out of the game window could cause the map cursor to disappear or stop registering on the map.
