addedReleased a new quick patch that does two things.
added1 - Saved games from previous versions are now available again for playing. v1.02 accidentally moved the save game location. It is moved back.

1 - Saved games from previous versions are now available again for playing. v1.02 accidentally moved the save game location. It is moved back.
2 - Defaulted the game to start in full-screen mode instead of windowed for those who haven't reconfigured the startup settings or used Alt Enter to change to full screen mode.
