Meet the Cadence Siblings!

If you ask anybody in Larcenest Gap which family is the quirkiest, we all know who they’re thinking of… The Cadence Family, of course.

This big family consists of five siblings. The oldest is Noel, then Liam, Karol, Sindy and lastly Penny. All siblings have very different personalities and values in life. These differences could be their biggest strength… But over the past few years, it’s been the opposite of that.

Before Penny was old enough to join in, their parents encouraged the other siblings to start a band. In the beginning, they got along perfectly, with every sibling contributing something unique to the band’s identity.

Liam shone with his confidence and stage presence. Noel shaped the lyrics like a true storyteller. Karol carried the music with her skillful execution, and Sindy grounded the group with her down-to-earth nature.

For a while, everything worked fine. Almost too well…

Right before Penny got the chance to join her older siblings in the family band, everything started to fall apart. Each sibling wanted the band to move in a different direction, and rehearsals slowly turned into arguments. Eventually, the tension boiled over, and the band was no more.

Ever since then, Penny has tried her best to reunite her siblings, convinced that the music could bring them together again. But having the youngest voice has been proven to be the easiest to ignore.

After their parents left town, Penny lived with Karol for a while until she was old enough to get her own place. Today, the siblings are scattered across Larcenest Gap. They spend their days in different corners of the city, avoiding each other and the music they once shared.

A torn family with an unfinished song, just waiting to be completed.

Could music be the thing to both split and reunite the Cadence family? And if Bennie starts pulling at a few threads… Who knows what might follow?
