Noslrac changes
This update contains the Tier Sets, balance changes, and improvements.
New Features
Added tier sets.
Added tier tokens which drop from enemies that can convert any equipment item into a tier piece.
Enemies now have a 2% chance to drop a merge token.
Added a hit particle effect that comes from enemies when they melee swing at the player.
Artifact chests now always drop artifact items.
Onslaught keys will no longer degrade in value when not completing the Onslaught within the time limit.
Added a new offhand weapon: Preserved Head.
Quality of Life Features
Added a confirmation when attempting to leave a campaign or onslaught that is not yet completed.
The chat can now handle in text formatting.
Improved the blood particle effect.
Added a flame effect whenever the Wizard class is under the effects of Cremation.
Added a popup notification whenever you level up or an onslaught/campaign is completed.
Improved the Cardinal's dialogue system.
Improved the text action buttons for items in the inventory.
Balance Changes
Increased the damage of the Cleric's ability: Holy Malice, Atonement, Crusade, Redemption, and Genesis.
Reduced the maximum channel time and cooldown of the Cleric's ability: Redemption by 2 seconds.
The Wizard's skill: Kindling now only reduces the cooldown of Cremation when it is not active.
Increased the damage of the Wizard's ability: Blast Furnace.
The Wizard's skill: Conflagration now causes Meteor Strike and Meteor shower to extend the current duration of Cremation by 0.30 seconds (was 1 second).
Increased the damage of minions summoned by the Necromancer's ability: Raise Dead.
Reduced the damage of minions summoned by the Necromancer's abilty: Army of the Dead.
Reduced the damage of the Necromancer's ability: Hemorrhaging Assault.
The Necromancer's ability: Soul Rupture now grants a soul when used on a target below 35% of their maximum health.
Increased the base cooldown of the Necromancer's ability: Raise Dead by 3 seconds.
Increased the damage of the Champion's ability: Colossal Smash.
Reduced the damage of the Champion's ability: King's Despair.
Reduced the bleed damage of the Champion's ability: King's Despair.
Reduced the duration of Rallying Cry extended through the Champion's skill: The King's Rally to 0.25/0.30/0.35/0.40/0.45 seconds (was 0.25/0.50/0.75/1/1.25 seconds).
The Champion's skill: The King's Rally now no longer causes Rallying Cry to grant 25% bonus damage.
The Champion's skill: Masterful King's Despair now only reduces the cooldown of Rallying Cry when it is not active.
Completing objectives on a max level character will no longer yield experience.
Necromancers are now able to use wands.
Fixes
Fixed an issue where the Wizard's skill: Conflagration was not causing Meteor Strike and Meteor Shower to properly extend the current duration of Cremation.
Fixed an issue where the indestructible item modifier caused the game to crash.
Fixed an issue where shields were dropping for classes that could not use heavy armor from the campaign chest and causing the game to crash.
Fixed an issue where having no gear would cause your scathing, perseverance, and resilience chances to be NaN.
Fixed an issue where the Champion's ability: Furious Slash was not properly reducing the cooldown of Colossal Smash.
Fixed an issue where hovering over a enemy buff as the enemy died would cause the game to cash.
