Release Date Update

I've got a "Good News / Bad News" situation here. Since we're all gamers, I thought I'd give everyone a dialogue option, so you can decide which order you read the news in. Hover the spoiler tags in the order you'd like…

changedBAD NEWS Nocturne's release date has been moved to September 24th. The reality is, after 10 years of development, it just needs a bit more time in the oven. If I attempted to launch on the original date, you would definitely notice the quality of the game takes a dip in later chapters. These parts of the game need the extra polish and bug fixes the earlier chapters have got, and I know it'll be worth the wait.

GOOD NEWS

New content is coming to the demo on June 1st! For the first time ever, a piece of Chapter 2 will be available to play. Plus, you'll be able to experience The Arcade, so you can battle all the enemies again without needing to hunt them down in the world.

And due to popular demand, I'm also adding the entirety of Chapter 1 back into the demo, so there'll be a good 2 hours of content here, with all the replayability of The Arcade. An important warning though: save files will not transfer over to the full game.

And if you decided to read the Good News first, it's time to hold your breath for the Bad News...

I understand this may be quite disappointing for many of you (especially those that told me it was going to be released on your birthday). I promise this is the final delay. I will press the launch button on September 24th; no exceptions.

And if you decided to read the Bad News first, I hope the Good News gets you excited again!
