No Time For Pants changes
I'm pretty excited about this latest update. Barring any hotfixes or balancing tweaks, this will probably be the last content update before launch.
Gameplay
-New Alarm System- Smoke from cigarettes/cigars, smoke from killing the clean bot, setting things on fire with laser weapons will trigger the alarm if it contacts any of the sprinklers.
The alarm can also be triggered manually by the fire alarm pulls if you want to increase difficulty.
The alarm will increase the alert significantly when triggered.
The alarm will trigger sprinklers which will flash red light and extinguish any fire under them. There is one alarm system per section
-Cigarettes and Cigars are now consumable.When activated they will increase your healing rate and slightly restore your health until they are consumed. They will decrease your stamina and the smoke can set off the alarm if you smoke under a fire alarm.
-Vending Machines now drop cigarettes and cigars
-Partial fix for bug for items falling through floor…
-Added a backpack that is unlocked at the start of the game
-Added a medical backpack that can be found in medical crates
-Added an undershirt
-Added a bucket helmet
-Rebalanced gear/loot drops/room spawns to drop weapons and gear sooner and more often
-Increased value of Pristine Flesh
-Updated enemy behavior, added some attack sounds. Enemies with guns will now engage more reliably after making an alert noise.
UI Updates
-Enlarged gameplay UI
-Added UI elements that let you know when you have equipped an item that can be toggled on/off. Right now it displays the default controls for F, N, V and L for flashlights, night vision, item toggle and weapon laser.
-Added tracking for Run and Game stats
-Unified the Player Stats and Objectives into one UI panel that can be toggled on/off
-Added an Auto Deposit button to the Terminal store that moves all Flesh and Silicon from your inventory to scrap
-Labeled Snap points on player with correct names
-Colorized the gameplay log
-Cleaned up gear/item popup information
-Update the main menu
-Refined equip/unequip cycle.
-Removed some of the larger objects from the foreground
-Ammo count update fixed
-Marsupial implant persistence fixed
-Fixed Cleaning Robot behavior
-Added equip/unequip sounds for all gear, weapons, attachments and implants
-Cleaned up timing for environmental music triggers
-Discord button on main menu fixed
