Smoother Controls Are Coming to No Roads

I’ve delayed the latest No Roads update a bit because I decided the HUD and menu controls needed more attention. What started as a HUD improvement has turned into a bigger interface rebuild.

changedWhat started as a HUD improvement has turned into a bigger interface rebuild. I’m basically remaking the button and menu systems so the game can smoothly transition between mouse, keyboard, and Xbox controller without feeling clunky or inconsistent.
addedSo far, the Main Menu is working with the new interface setup. Hopefully, now that the core routine is figured out, it will be much easier to carry the same system into the other menus.

It has been a lot to learn and develop, but I think it will be worth it. The goal is to make the menus feel much cleaner and more natural no matter how you choose to play.

So far, the Main Menu is working with the new interface setup. Hopefully, now that the core routine is figured out, it will be much easier to carry the same system into the other menus.
