Implemented object pool for projectiles and explosions
Improved garbage collection behaviour
Added blinking animation to grenade projectile to improve visibility
Added short invincibility to player after receiving a certain amount of damage at once
Rockets and bullets now spawn behind the enemy and change layer after they travelled a short distance
