Hi everyone! Today, I am incredibly honored to announce that Barry Leitch, the legendary composer behind the iconic soundtracks of many classic racing games, is creating an original soundtrack for Nitrania.

Today, I am incredibly honored to announce that Barry Leitch, the legendary composer behind the iconic soundtracks of many classic racing games, is creating an original soundtrack for Nitrania.

If you grew up with a controller in your hands, you’ve likely raced to his tunes. Barry is the talent behind the music of legends like Top Gear (SNES) and Lotus Turbo Challenge 2, as well as classics like Rush 2, Rush 2049, and Top Gear Rally. More recently, he has also composed music for the Horizon Chase series.

Barry is currently celebrating an incredible milestone - 40 years as a video game composer. For those who want to dive into his legendary journey from 1986 to today, I highly recommend checking out his career-spanning video series: From Top Gear to Horizon Chase: 40 Years Scoring Games

How it happened

This collaboration is a dream come true for a solo indie developer. It all started thanks to the amazing viral support from the Reddit community - Barry saw the game there, liked the vibe, and actually reached out!
