Sword Weapons Base Damage reduced by 20%
Hands, Fist and Blunt Weapons Base Damage reduced by 30%
Fan Weapons Base Damage Reduced by 10%
Nitoryu Fan Base Damage Reduced by 20 After the update that made basic attack damage scale with character level, weapons started dealing a lot more damage than expected This was also done in preparation for the new level cap, since the basic attack damage will be higher at level 70
All Fan Jutsu Scaling increased from 40% -> 50% (Consistent with all other masteries)
Crescent Moon Beheading now applies Bleeding I
Sukarabe no Omo STR requirement decreased to 100
Blood Iron Fan STR requirement increased to 90
Poison Scalpel now applies Poison I instead of III
Blade Piercing self stun reduced to 0.3s
Mountain Crusher self stun removed and CD increased from 20s to 24s (Experimental)

Added new follow-up missions for new players once they complete the initial village exploration questline
As part of these early missions, players will now receive a free Wooden Kunai Dagger to help them get startedThe goal is to better guide new players toward the early grinding areas and make the journey to Level 10 feel a bit smoother. In the future we will have a better and proper starting storyline, so consider this a "placeholder".

Blood Coast Arena (CTF) changed the central lagoon to sand dunes after lots of player feedback that there was too much water on the map.
Kinsen Streets Arena (TDM) modified the corner areas to be proper camp-proof respawn zones.
Bug Fixes
Stop instant-logging being applied in enemy safe zones with PVP on
Targeting a dead player shuts off self-targeting jutsus
Fixed resources having less than 0 z-height and no collision but still collide
Fixed Flash flicker rubberbanding bug
Fixed channeled spells being stuck on if another spell is used while a spell is being channeled
Fixed players being able to charge chakra while using a channeled spell
Fixed NPC-only/Player-only spells not working with AoE
Fixed Projectiles not able to hit allies
Fixed Most Summon Hitboxes
