Night Of The Abattoir Man changes
Here it is, the level from yesterday completed.
Well, the core of it is complete, there’s still the aesthetic of the level to work on, you know, destroyed walls, debris on the floor, all the good stuff that make you think of an abandoned factory. Also there might be some stuff I’ll have to change around but for the most part, this is the level.
It’s name is “Michael’s Gauntlet”. Is it Michael D’Amato’s gauntlet or maybe some other Michael? Who knows. Well, I do but I won’t tell.

What’s special about this level? Well, as the gauntlet name might imply, this level is more like three smaller levels in one map. Pretty neat I think.
Word of warning for any aspiring game dev, and this is something I had to learn the hard way while making this level, DO NOT MAKE LEVELS WHERE THE LAYOUT IS BASED ON A SYMBOL. It’s not gonna make for fun level design and you’ll most certainly have to make changes to it that will end up changing the symbol a lot, to the point that it’s not even recognizable.

Anything is worth trying at least once in game design but not everything is worth hanging onto
I gotta say though, the more I work on this, the more excited and hyped I get
