Nexus Legacy changes
Defense Rework,
Planetary defense has been reworked. Previously, each defense building behaved too much like one large combat unit. This made defenses worse at absorbing damage than intended, especially compared to fleets where many ships can split incoming fire.
Now defense buildings work more like full defense networks:
Defense strength is now based on total resources invested into the building level.,
Each defense building is split into multiple virtual batteries during combat.,
These batteries can absorb hits separately.,
Attack and HP values shown in the UI now use the new combat calculation.,
This should make planetary defenses more meaningful without turning them into an instant wall.
Defense Repair Changes,
Defense no longer fully restores for free after combat.
60% of defense damage is repaired automatically after the battle.,
40% of actual defense damage becomes persistent damage.,
Persistent defense damage must be repaired with resources.,
Defense repair now takes time.,
Defense repair runs outside the normal building queue, so it does not block normal construction or upgrades.,
Economic building damage still uses the existing repair behavior.
Mobile UI Fixes,
Several fleet modals were adjusted for mobile screens:
Pirate camp attack modal layout improved.,
Hub delivery modal layout improved.,
Market pickup / delivery screens received mobile layout fixes.,
Ship selection should be easier to read and use on narrow screens.,
Debris Visibility Fix,
Debris fields from old abandoned/deleted colony areas should no longer keep showing up incorrectly when you no longer have a valid nearby presence.
Wormhole Reports,
Class 3 and Class 4 wormhole encounters now generate battle reports like lower-class wormholes.
Added battle reports for deeper wormhole combat.,
Added new NPC ship icons for deeper wormhole enemies. This should make C3/C4 outcomes much clearer instead of feeling like “something happened in the dark.”,
Outpost Battle Reports,
Outpost attack reports now contain better context:
Outpost name/location is shown more reliably.,
Reports can show outpost damage state.,
Destroyed outposts are now represented more clearly in reports.,
Account / Discord Cleanup,
Improved Discord unlink/delete cleanup logic.
Discord roles should be revoked more reliably when an account is unlinked or deleted.,
This is mostly backend cleanup, but should reduce stale Discord-role edge cases.
