Hello!

It’s already been a month since the February update, and now we’re at the end of March—meaning a quarter of the year is already coming to an end!

How have you all been spending the past month?

As for me, I caught a strange cold about a week ago, so I haven’t been feeling very well. Please don’t go out running in bad weather like I did! Haha...

Anyway, because of that, this update will mainly focus on the development progress of the “Epilogue of Epilogue” stage!

Please check the details below!

DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS

As mentioned in the February update, I somehow managed to complete the Stage 1 boss!

The concept of the “Epilogue of Epilogue” stage is to remake it into a side-scrolling shooter,

so enemies and bosses from the main game will reappear, but with some adjustments and additional details.

Currently, I’m working on the Stage 2 background and new enemies! In terms of progress, I’d say it’s about 10% complete so far.

For the new enemies and background of Stage 2,

I thought it would be easier to understand through actual gameplay rather than GIF images,

so I’ve uploaded a test play video!

Looking at it this way, the development speed is a bit slower than I expected, but seeing that I’m posting videos or updates every month,

I guess the development is still progressing steadily! Haha!

Of course, there are still many things left to implement, such as: the UI system, the shop system after clearing a stage, game settings and pause screen, enemy spawn system, and various additional features...

There’s still a lot of work remaining...

But if I speed things up a bit, I think I can release a temporary update up to Stage 2 by the end of May or early June!

So for April, my goal is to complete all enemies and backgrounds for Stage 2!

I also wanted to explain the power-up and lock-on systems that I couldn’t cover last time,

but my condition isn’t great, so I think I should get some rest now...

That concludes today’s announcement.

Thank you very much for your interest in the game I developed!
