  • Changed evidence handling and visibility logic to be more consistent.

This update improves enemy movement, ghost event timing, bug reporting, and interaction visibility, while fixing flashlight syncing, ghost mode flashlight behavior, evidence capture, mission calculation, and multi-floor decal display issues.
