Naval Action changes
Improved the influence of rudder and yard power at different speeds
Adjusted turn rate for all ships
Adjusted yard power for all ships
Reduced splinter damage from lower- and medium-caliber carronades and obusiers
Improved NPC distribution in areas close to starting zones, with fewer large NPC fleets and more solo and medium-sized NPC fleets
Updated NPC modules to reflect the changes to rudder and yard power
Reduced the initial Red Battle Timer from 5 minutes to 2 minutes, allowing players to leave the battle sooner after it begins
Increased the join circle at battle start to 1,500 m
Conquest Mission changes on the Caribbean Server:
Reduced the enemy waiting time from 15 minutes to 10 minutes
Doubled the flag placement distance to 7,360 m
The maximum flag lifetime is now 2 hours
Port battle will be scheduled for the end of the port battle window if flag was placed before the window end, but the placement finished after
Example:
Port Battle window: 17:00–19:00
If flag placement begins at 18:55 and finishes at 19:15, the Port Battle will be scheduled for 18:55
