Policies System & Country Management Update
This update introduces one of the core strategic mechanics of the game, completing the foundation for Early Access. The game is now fully playable with city-level and country-level management systems integrated.
ποΈ Policies System (NEW Core Mechanic)
Policies are now live! As your cities level up, you can enact policies to shape their development. Policies allow you to:
π Increase production efficiency
π Reduce resource consumption
ποΈ Unlock new buildings
π° Increase city income
37 policies have been added in this update, focusing on production optimization, resource efficiency, income growth, and building unlocks. Strategic policy planning is now essential for scaling your nation.
π£οΈ Gameplay Additions & Changes
Dirt Road (NEW)
Can be built at 0 cost
Enables free transportation from Day 1
Allows early city connectivity
City Hall (NEW Core Requirement)
Must be built first to unlock other buildings
Contains small construction storage
Construction resources can:
Be unloaded at any time
Be pulled in/out like a warehouse
Resources cannot be loaded directly from City Hall
City development now starts with a meaningful foundation.

A comprehensive country-level management interface has been added.
