Hotfix 1.0.5.2 Patch Notes
Greetings, friends! It’s been just over a month since we launched our “Harder, Better, Faster, Story” update and the team has been blown away by the positive response to the changes. We’re already hard at work on our next major update (1.0.6), and look forward to sharing more details with you soon.
With the release of 1.0.5 some players on easy/normal difficulties reported some unexpected increases in difficulty. This hotfix addresses those issues, ensuring those difficulty levels remain accessible while maintaining the intended challenge on harder settings.
Balance Changes
Decreased the number of enemies that are likely to appear on Easy/Normal Difficulties
Overall enemies stats scaled down on Easy
Reduced enemy Greatsword swing damage
Reduced Greatsword Skeleton Berserker odds
Increased Sword Skeleton Berserker odds
Champions no longer spawn with higher rarity weapons
Significantly reduce initial damage of poison and fire pods
Reduced initial damage of fire ejectors traps
Beastor's HP lowered by 50% and his damage reduced by 30% in Easy
Beastor's HP lowered by 45% and his damage reduced by 20% in Normal
Reduced all Mini-bosses’ HP on Easy by 25%
Decreased Forest Goliath damage
Increased Wraith damage
Increased Headhunter’s HP
Increased Magic Mushroom HP
Decreased Fel Magus Ivon’s HP
Reduced Frostblight Grave Ice Damage by 80%
Reduced Frostblight Grave Ice Cone duration
Lizardman Warchief has been made a mini-boss in Crypt Episode 6
Overall damage of Acolyte Casters has been reduced
Increased damage multiplier on charged lightning shot
Increased probability of lightning Acolyte's targeted cast
Quick cast cooldown on Acolyte Casters has been added (0.5 second)
Reduced Lizardman Tank damage
Increased potions odds in chests on Easy and Normal
Easy = 25% chance for potion
Normal = 12.5% chance for potion
Added potion spawns in all Mini-Boss and Set Piece rooms in lower difficulties:
4 on Easy
2 on Normal
1 on Hard
Added missing Mini-Boss rooms
Raised starting HP for all heroes by 100 and reduced HP growth
Pit damage reduced on Easy/Normal
Hawkins now has access to “Vitality Link” perk
Leaky Coinpurse Curse has been REMOVED from Mythic difficulties
