changedSummary: Fixes a crash some players hit during the loading screen when launching through Steam, caused by the Steam overlay interacting with the loading render loop. Also corrects several structure descriptions, resource rates, and prerequisites that didn't match their actual behavior.
fixedFix Steam overlay GPU crash on loading screen — ShowLoadingStage rendered multiple frames per stage in a tight loop, giving gameoverlayrenderer64.dll repeated hooks into BeginDrawing/EndDrawing. On sensitive GPU/driver combos this corrupted the overlay's buffer and crashed before reaching the main menu. Now renders a single frame per stage.
